9am-3pm. Cost - $25, lunch included
Training includes: **basic disaster response skills and practices
**roles on an Early Response Team
**procedures and tips for tarping a roof and mucking-out a
house
**Participants will also be asked to provide information for a background check (paid by cost of
training). After completing, participants will receive a photo ID badge and be ready to respond!

VIM TRIP to the Missouri Conference’s affiliated warehouse for disaster supplies, in Columbia, Missouri
Wednesday, November 13, 9am -Leave from the OKUMC Ministry Center for Columbia
Travel with the truck that has been loaded with Cleaning Kits to Columbia, and unload the truck
Thursday, November 14, 9am-12pm - Certify the delivered kits, and return to Oklahoma following lunch.
Dinner on Wednesday, breakfast and lunch on Thursday will be provided by OKUMC DR. Bring sleeping bags
(cots are provided) for overnight stay at Missouri UMC.
