TEAM REGISTRATION
Step 1 - is to register your team.
All team leaders are required to be trained through our office or through the SCJ VIM training program.
TEAM MEMBER FORMS
Step 2 - Complete Team member forms. For national teams this is how your team in entered into the insurance program.

BACKGROUND CHECKS
Step 3 - Background checks and training are required for all team members using the Ministry Safe program. Current BGCT are good for two years. Once a team member has completed Step 2 the background check process begins.

INSURANCE
Step 4 - Insurance is required for all teams. We provide insurance for national and international teams. For national and international teams entry into the program is automatic once Step 2 is completed.
Did you know that we can also provide insurance coverage for a choir group traveling, or any church group traveling for a training etc. We can! Contact our office for details.
PAYMENTS
- Registration fee $60.00 for all OKUMC Teams and $75.00 for all other teams.
- Background checks using Ministry Safe run through the Connectional office for Mission $20.00
- National teams - $1.25 per person per day for OKUMC teams and $1.50 per person per day for all other teams.
- International teams - $4.50 per day per day fir all OKUMC teams and $4.75 per person per day for all other teams.
